My goal for this blog is to share the daily choices we make as a family. Among those choices is my daily juice for me and smoothies for my children.
I am collect and share recipes so I can remember them (haha) and hopefully inspire others.
So, today's juice:
- Two apples
- Pear
- Handful of blueberries
- Lots and lots (big bowl) of half&half blend (spinach and greens)
- Two carrots
- Cucumber
- Sprinkle of mint leaves (4 or so)
