This morning I have fresh berries, hurrah! I try to balance the sugars with the greens. Too much sugar is a spike and crash for my energy. So finding a nice combination is important!
- handful of raspberries
- handful of blueberries
- handful of strawberries (and greens that I took off strawberries for the kids' lunches)
- half a cucumber
- 1 apple
- 3 small carrots
- Lots of half/half spinach and greens
- Trying today- handful of mache blend: mache rosettes and sweet greens (we shall see)
- Three mint leaves
Yep, it's good. Not too sweet. Definitely a winner :) Enjoy!
